Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is 7 days notice:
- Cancellation on 7 days before arrival we charge one night stay;
- Cancellation within 7 days before arrival we charge 80% of your chosen booking reservation.
Terms and Conditions
Prices quoted are starting rates only, per room, per night, in Pound Sterling, converted from Euro's to Pounds on April 19, 2010 and are subjected to availability at time of reservation and rate of exchange upon arrival date. Prices may change without notice. Certain blackout dates, day of arrival and length of stay restrictions may apply, and may vary by arrival date. Offers are neither applicable to groups, nor used in combination with other special offers or promotions. Rates are inclusive of VAT. No deposit is charged at the time of booking, reservations must be paid for directly at the hotel.
Arrival and Departure Information
Check-in time is 2pm onwards. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us to arrange this in advance. In order to guarantee an earlier arrival time, we advise pre-booking the night prior to arrival. Please ensure you advise us of your early arrival in order that we pre-register your room in advance. Check-out time is noon. Late check-outs are available until 4pm and are charged at 50% of the room rate booked. Check-outs after 4pm are charged at full rate. Hotel Brauer will store luggage for guests arriving before check-in.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome, extra beds are available at the rate mentioned at our Prices page.
